WHO ARE WE? Corrupted Mindz Entertainment is dedicated to providing independent and unsigned artists the best outlet possible to be heard nationally across the globe. With our dynamic team of independent music representatives stationed in thirteen states, who have an ear for the underground and new exciting sounds always listens for something fresh, and continuously look for bands and artists that really have the potential to become something very big. For over four years our professional team has been able to discover over 300 artists which consists of singers, songwriters, and very talented emcees. Here at CORRUPTED MINDZ ENTERTAINMENT our goal is to provide you, the artists, with the best promotion, management, and publicity our company has to offer and much more.

WHAT DO WE DO? Our mission here at Corrupted Mindz Entertainment is to provide up and coming artist the ability to propel their careers to new and exciting heights. As an independent firm, and career consultant, we help guide the careers of artists with break-through potential. We work with artists who have been signed to management or a production agreement with us or on an independent consultative basis. Our primary job label is to attract the attention of distributors by having achieved a modicum of success on their own, by selling product on consignment, or at live shows, and through various mail order and direct sales methods. Being accepted by distributors, our job is to also work closely with the distributor(s), providing them with information on successful airplay, print media support, and live performance successes.
FIND NEW TALENT Our talent scouts work in a department called Artist & Repertoire (A&R). They scout and sign singers and musicians as well as manage the recording process who often become involved in college radio stations, campus concert promotions, record reviewing or even working at a retail music outlet that often requires going out at night to clubs to scout talent, interact with musical artists, and manage a creative process.
MANAGE Our artist managers, also known as a "band managers", are in charge of the business side of being an artist. Very often, artists are great at the creative side of things, but aren't so great at promoting themselves, booking their own gigs, or negotiating deals. In a very general sense, the task of our managers are take care of the day to day running of the band's career, so the artist can focus on the creative side of things. Our managers are the mouthpiece of the artist, and their greatest ally, making sure that everyone else involved in the artist’s career is doing their job and working hard to promote the performer’s success
PROMOTE The main job of our music promoters, usually simply called a promoter, is to publicize a concert. Promoters at Corrupted Mindz Entertainment are the people in charge of "putting on" the show. They work with agents, or in some cases, directly with the artist, and with clubs and concert venues to arrange for a show to take place. Our promoters then are in charge of making sure the word gets out about that show. They also take care of arranging the incidentals, like hotels and backline for the band. It is the promoter's job to make sure things go off without a hitch.
PUBLICITY Our experts advertise to attract public attention and interest in the artist and in their products and services. From our overall perspective, publicity operatives are utilized to "sell the total artist"--from CDs, music video DVDs, T-shirts, concerts, biographies, motion pictures, and TV appearances, to fan club memberships! We arrange publicity to fit the "visibility" of our artist and to concentrate on press and other mass media vehicles. We also contribute to public relations, similar to publicity, aims to draw attention to the artist. But unlike publicity, its main purpose is not to sell products and services. The main purpose of public relations is to create, build, and sustain a favorable reputation or public image for our artist and to enhance the growth of their career. The image promoted is often a multi-dimensional one. Our intent is to capture an audience and correctly benefit from the sales of the artist's products and services. Many untalented artists have been monetarily successful because of their prudent publicity undertakings. Conversely, many talented artists have dropped by the wayside because they were reluctant to, or unable to, implement solid publicity programs. Here at Corrupted Mindz Entertainment we do nothing but successfully sell our artist’s character to public in order to sustain success and wealth for both us and our artists.
MULTIMEDIA As an independent label we allow and privilege our artists to comply with websites in order to promote their music in any successful way possible which makes an artist’s recordings available over an online music distributor as an MP3 format, which then enters into a contractual relationship with the company. In order to make our artist’s recordings available, we agree to the contract's terms hoping to get some exposure from online buyers who love and appreciate hip hop music.
BOOK SHOWS & ARRANGE TOURS Whether you represent a label or even an individual artist, creating and promoting a showcase of musical acts can help you book larger venues, build media exposure, could successfully expand your fan base and jump-start merchandise sales. Our performers benefit from the maximum exposure to new people, the ability to play a larger venue than they could secure on their own and, if your showcase benefits a charity, the ability to help out a good cause. Here at Corrupted Mindz Entertainment we expect from each artist to perform in very business like acumen when performing on tour which means they’ll need to be prompt for sound checks, take part in promotions and do their part to make the showcase a success.
